INFORMATION

Check-In Time:

Pets may be brought in any time after 8:00am and before 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


Wednesday 8-10 am or 4-6 pm by appointment only

Checkout Time:

If your dog is not getting groomed, pick up time is before 11:00am to not be charged board for the last day. After 11:00am another day of board will be charged. If your dog is getting just a bath the 11:00am check out time does apply. Wednesday the 8-10 will apply in order to not be charged for days board.

If your dog is getting a full or complete groom on the last day you have until 6:00pm to pick up. You will be charged for the groom, but boarding charge for the last day is waived.

Grooming:

Grooming is available at the end of your dog's stay. We advise that you get your dog groomed since the dogs can get dirty and smelly from playing out in the yards. Please schedule grooming when checking in. Grooming prices vary on size of dog, how much hair the dog has, type of haircut, etc. Please ask for a price estimate when checking in. Grooming is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Own Food:

We prefer your own food be brought in ziploc bags (individual serving bags or gallon size bags)

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Travelers check.

Vaccination Policy:

Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Intranasal Bordetella (kennel cough)

-Bordetella needs to be done intranasal (up the nose). We will accept a yearly intranasal bordetella, but we would prefer it every six months for the frequent boarders and daycare dogs. If your dog is current (within 6 months) you do not need to update the Bordetella. If this is the first time, it needs to be administered at least 7 - 10 days before boarding.

Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia (outside cats)

NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BOARD WITHOUT PROPER VACCINATIONS.

ALL VACCINATIONS MUST BE GIVEN AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO BOARDING.
