KIM O'GRADY - General Manager

Kim joined our team in 2001 as part of the kennel staff with plenty of experience,as she previously worked for a doggie daycare facility. She was put in charge of the Red Dog Inn daycare which gave her a chance to work with the highly active dogs. She soon fell in love with every one of them. She currently owns three dogs. Check out more pictures of Kim's and the rest of the staffs' pups under "Fun Things." Kim quickly moved up the ladder to become the Kennel Manager supervising 10 people. She has taken and passed level one and level two Pet Care Technician from Pet Care Service Assoc. This course is designed to educate us on animal behavior, control of disease, parasite control, plus much more. Since July 2008 she is now the General Manager overseeing the whole operation and doing a great job. She loves her job as it is the most rewarding and fulfilling career she said she could have chosen.

JENNIFER MACLEOD - Kennel Manager

Jenn started working at the Red Dog Inn and Resort in 2006 as general kennel staff. Her love of dogs and her ability to perform her job quickly and with confidence lead her to the assistant manager's position within two years.

In 2008 she was promoted to kennel manager and she has been doing a fabulous job. She always has a smile on her face and makes the nervous dogs feel at ease.


She is married and owns a Shepherd named Max,a Bulldog named Bruschi,and two cats named Zoey and Dusty.

Heather Johnson- Co-Kennel Manager

Heather has been working at the Red Dog Inn since June of 2007. She is a joy to be around and loves the dogs with all her heart. All the dogs are given lots of extra attention and can't wait to see her in the mornings. She owns a Lab named Meeko, a German Shepherd named Callie.

Patti Cotelle-Keniston

Patti started working at the Red Dog Inn in 1994. She has had many years of grooming experience. Patti taught at a local grooming school and has since taught many students with her hands on approach. She has entered many grooming competitions in the Terrier Group. Her claim to fame, "there isn't a dog I can't groom and get them to love it." She has 4 dogs of her own- American Bulldog named Chaos, a Long Haired Dachsund named Chickie, Lhasa Apso named Chip, and her newest addition, a Basenji named Da Brat. Can you guess why?
