There are not strong enough words of thanks to extend to our Red Dog Inn family! Not only have you cared for Alex and now Chava with such love and kindness, but you have shown such love and care for us as well. We can not thank you enough for the care you gave Chava when we brought her home from the rescue. Patti - you got rid of the smell of the shelter, and started her on her new adventure with our family. When Steve was hurt Patti and Kim helped us so much. This was invaluable! Thanks for always being there, and we are looking forward to when we see you next!

Our dogs Casper and Charlie Bear began stayng at your inn in May 2010. Casper is a 2 year-old full-breed Maltese and Charlie Bear is a 1 1/2 year-old Maltese/West Higland Terrier. I was very nervous, because these are our family's first dogs, and i wanted to make sure they would get top-notch care and stay healthy. My vet Karen Holmes, who i love and trust implicitly gave the Inn a great recommendation, and from my first inquiry, I was VERY impressed with the quality of service and care!

Since May, our dogs have stayed 4 times and they LOVE the Red Dog Inn. They get very excited as soon as we drive into the parking lot! Moreover, the grooming is superb! We look forwad to being a part of the Red Dog Inn "family" for many years to come! Thank you to your wonderful staff!

I can not say enough about the Red Dog Inn and Resort. Since we got Lahla we knew we wanted her to be very socialized so we went to a couple of day cares and were not thrilled with them and refused to leave her at any of them just because we were not 100% comfortable. I found the Red Dog Inn and Resort online so we decided what could it hurt. We took a tour and we loved it. We decided to just have her nails trimmed and we would think about taking the next step. A week later we decided to give her a day of daycare and see how she liked it. We came back at the end of the day and she did not want to leave. Ever since then, she has been a regular customer and loves it!!! I feel 100% comfortable leaving her there. The staff are def animal people and I know she gets spoiled just like she would if she was home. We use them to the fullest, whether it be daycare or grooming and we have NEVER had any type of issue with any service. This is an A+ resort without any doubt!!

Want to thank the staff at "Red Dog" especially Tiffney for my first grooming as a G/S puppy. I look forward to more "Grooming"and a week end stay in VIP lounge. Thank's Again

We just heard the highest compliment ever for the Red Dog Inn. We had to take our dog to the emergency room at Angell Memorial and the Red Dog Inn came up in the course of the conversation. The Doctor said he has heard lots of people say good things about the places where they bring their dogs but he said the Red Dog Inn is the ONLY place where he has NEVER heard anyone say anything negative. Why are we not surprised?

We have been coming to see Auntie Patti and the Red Dog staff for years now. Mum says we always come home looking and smelling wonderful. Auntie Patti calls us Drama Queens,with good reason!! We wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else for a bath!!!!!!!!

I have been going to the Red Dog Inn for over 10 years, This is our second dog that the Red Dog is taking care off. I was always afraid to leave my dog with anyone while we went away, but the Red Dog was Awesome!!! I have left both my dogs while we vacationed with out any worrys, they always returned so happy. I use the grooming service on a regular basis and they do a fantastic job and she comes back so clean and pretty. Thankyou for always taking care of my babys.

We were very nervous about putting our Brady at the Inn for a week, as we had a bad experience with another kennel before with one of our deceased pets. However, after calling and checking in on our Brady, and finding out what a great time he was having, the nerves quickly vanished.

The staff was absolutely wonderful to Brady, and I'm sure he'll be looking forward to returning to the Inn in September :) Thank you for making our Brady's stay a happy one!

The worst part about going on vacation is leaving behind our dog, Taz. Well, this was one of the nicest vacations we had thanks to Kim and her extremely generous care of Taz. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. We have always consdered Taz to be special needs and you sensed that and took care of him with that in mind. Thanks again!

There CAN'T be a better place to leave your pet. We never worry when Rufus is with you. You are all the best!!

The folks at Red Dog Inn make it a worry-free time away from our wonder-dogs, Wilson and Daphne. The staff is so loving, and our big black Labs just know they'll have a blast when they stay at the Inn. Anyone that has a pet realizes how important it is to have a place and people to trust with their hearts' companions. Red Dog Inn and all the staff are in my heart, and I thank them for loving and caring for my canine family.

Just came bye to check out the website... it looks great. I Have Been Boarding my Dogs Here since I was little. Through High school I even worked Here. There is alot to be said about how well the dogs are treated here, how much the staff truely cares and how much fun the dogs really have. my Shepard mix Prince (just recently passed) loved it so much all you would have to say is "want to go to the red dog inn?" and he would start jumping up and down at the door. I recomend this place every time I hear some one talk about their dogs!

A big thanks for great first experience for our pup "Toots." After 1 trip to daycare, we left her for a long weekend. Needless to say, she was happy to see us when we came home but wanted to stay with all her new friends, both human and canine. I can't say enough wonderful things about your facility. Toots obviously had a great time and her grooming and haircut were great. Your staff is phenomenal from giving tours and explaining boarding packages. Toots will always have a 'home' away from home.

To Patti and the rest of the crew.. Thank you so much for all the unconditional LOVE, that you guys show Coco. It's amazing to me as a new dog owner, on how excited he gets when he pulls into the driveway and realizes that he's at his second home. When we first started coming to Red Dog Inn, my family was worried about Coco, until one day, I brought them with me to witness the JOY that comes over him and the love and attention he receives from the crew... My son's get a chuckle, when ever Patti shows them how Coco loves to climb on the tables to get groomed. I can honestly tell you, having the Red Dog Inn as a place of comfort for Coco, has made our lives as new dog owners, that much easier. Thanks again, for the love that you guys show Coco..

I had 4 goldens over a period of 23 years. My last 2, Quill and Sara were lucky enough to find the Red Dog Inn. After Quill went to the Rainbow Ridge, Sara lived to be 16. She left me in the dust everytime she ran into the Inn with tail wags for all. She hardly stopped to say goodbye. She enjoyed school picture day and her 15th birthday celebration. The care she received in her last year was extraordinary. Sara's ashes are buried under a tree at Red Dog, which she thought of as her own. I'm grateful to you all. Many thanks.

We love the Red Dog Inn! We have been boarding and grooming our dogs with the Red Dog since we got our first 2 dogs, Molson & Kubla back in 1990! The day we found you and had the resort tour with Nancy and Ed, we knew right then that we would never go anywhere else! Now, many years later, Maggie & Tucker also adore the Inn! Thank you for all these years of our peace of mind whenever we drop our "kids" off!

Where do we begin? The staff at The Red Dog has become an important addition to our family. Chooch, our 6-year-old English Bulldog loves every aspect! Chooch enjoys playing with the other dogs at daycare and being bordered during our family vacations! The moment the car turns onto Elm Street, Chooch begins to get so excited and can't control his happiness. We have found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. My family would like to especially thank Kim for her unconditional love. Kim...you continue to make an enormous impact on Chooch's life. Thank you for your love and attention.

I have used Red Dog for over 20 years. I would never use anyone else for my beloved animals. Tina my little monster loves everyone here. I sometimes wish I could book myself here for a weekend.

To the great staff at Red Dog Inn. Thank you for taking great care of our Grand Puppy "Brady" while his parents got married. They especially loved the grooming and stop shed bath you gave him. Since he's a Lab he will be a regular for this bath.

Libby and Bella wouldn't dream of spending their vacation anywhere else! They love the staff, and the other dogs, and they get to socialize more than they would at home. When they come home from a stay at the Red Dog Inn they are pleasantly exhausted from all of the fun and activity (and beautifully groomed). We love that the staff knows them by name every time we arrive and keeps a close watch over them.

We really love Red Dog Inn. Your place lets us be more independant, so that when we travel, we know that our dog, Barclay, is receiving the best care. Your place changes the expression: You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Our dog Copper has been part of the Red Dog Inn family for 8 years. Copper is a Vizsla who requires a lot of exercise but also needs much TLC. We could never imagine leaving Copper anywhere but the Red Dog Inn. The quality of care that Copper receives is incredible. He is exercised and well-loved. The attentive and loving staff, the high standards for cleanliness, the concern for the health of each and every pet is beyond comparison. The choice of group and one-on-one activities is very impressive as well as the grooming services. Copper has never put the brakes on when going into the Red Dog Inn. Our two basset hounds, Boule and Mikey, love love love the Red Dog Inn. When we pull up and they see where they are they start to go crazy. They run to the door, never looking back. We have to force them to say goodbye! It's a great place with wonderful people who really care for the dogs. We can leave on vacation in total confidence that our babies are being very well cared for. Kim, Patty and all the others who work there are just great.

The Red Dog Inn has been a home away from home for our Westie Bailey for over ten years. When we drop Bailey a.k.a. Piggy, which he was so affectionately and appropriately named by the staff of the Red Dog Inn for his mud rolling technique early on, off for either a day of daycare fun, or grooming or an overnight visit, we have no doubts that he will receive the same amount love and affection while he is there that he would get from us at home. There has never been a time in the ten years that we have been coming to the Red Dog Inn that I have had to bribe or coax Bailey through the door when we arrive. He can not get out of the car and through the front door fast enough. We recently added a new Westie to our family, Izzy, and she, like her brother Bailey, loves to go to The Red Dog Inn. The girls have taught her all sorts of tricks like how to sit and ask for a treat, which she has mastered quite perfectly as you can imagine!!!! I have never met a group of people who love and respect animals more than the folks at the Red Dog Inn and we look forward to many more happy years with them!

Just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Lucy for the weekend. She always comes home tired and content from all the playing she does there and she smells good too!!

It is Tuesday night. I'm feeling rather tired from my day at Red Dog. I'm also feeling rather sad. You see, I don't especially care for Wednesdays anymore. I've been attending doggie daycare now for 1 1/2 years. When Wednesdays roll around I know that means I have to stay at home. I spend the day thinking about all the fun I have with my friends (human and 4-legged). I wonder what they are doing. I sometimes practice the tricks I've learned from Heather. I roll over a lot when no one is looking. Sometimes Doug works from home, so I won't be all alone. But I can't get him to chase me around the yard like the girls at Red Dog do. Oh, and even though Kim doesn't approve, I'm glad when Tigger my cat is outside on Wednesdays. He gets me into a lot of trouble when he and I are left alone in the house. Well, Thursday will be here before you know it and I'll be back at my favorite place.

For the past 6 years you have been more than wonderful when taking care of Shasta. I am so grateful to have a place like yours. Your service, care, and concern are second to none!

Our black lab Emma always comes back so soft and clean from the great grooming at The Red Dog Inn! Emma also returns to our home very tired from playing outside with all the other dogs. Thank you!

Our golden retriever Blue was a frequent guest at the Red Dog Inn for about 12 years. He was lovingly cared for and always looked beautiful when he came home (as well as tuckered out). We looked at many facilities when we moved here and none compared with Red Dog. Blue passed away at the age of 15 in 2008 and now our new golden Amos is following in his footsteps and enjoying the Red Dog's amenities. Many thanks for taking such good care of our boys!

Fred LOVES going to what we call Doggy Camp. The mere mention of it sends him into spinning and tail wagging frenzies. When we drop him off he never even turns back to see where we are but happily leaves us to attend his "camp". The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful.

Murray has been coming to Red Dog Inn for 10 years now and loves it there. Everyone is great and provides Murray with treatment and love. Murray is always happy when he hears the words, "Let's go to the Red Dog Inn". He jumps in the car and away we go. It is a great place and Murray's "second home." Jay Moynihan

I'm a 2 year old maltese and by my own admission, I'm a wild and crazy guy! Let's just say I have an abundance of energy and I like to GO all the time.
My poor Mom who I adore is not quite that youthful and spry anymore. But I know she loves me because she takes me to "Puppy Day Care" at the RED DOG INN.
I have tons of friends there, we hold court, play and take nature walks. On rainy and cold days we play inside. When my Mommy picks me up I am "exausted". My Mommy tells her friends "thats a good thing".
Sometimes my friend Patti cleans me up and makes me smell and look really handsome. I love that.
Because when I get home I strut in front of all my friends and they ooh and ahh how handsome I am.
If I have but one life to live, let it be with my wonderful "Mommy" and the "Staff" at the RED DOG INN. Oliver Gott

My family and I want you to know how happy we are with the grooming that Molly received at the Red Dog Inn. I almost didn't recognize her when we picked her up, she looked beautiful, so neat and clean. I was concerned because I had been told by local groomers the way to groom a Goldendoodle is to shave her, which we did not want. We were very happy that Patti was so enthusiastic about grooming Molly the way we wanted her groomed. Molly was given a haircut at the perfect length and enjoyed her time at the Red Dog Inn so much that she didn't want to leave when we picked her up! We look forward to bringing her back again!
